AFROVOGUE – Registration Terms & Conditions (Updated)

These Terms & Conditions govern the registration and participation process for AFROVOGUE, Africa's Premier Fashion Reality Competition for young women aged 18–30. By submitting this registration form, applicants agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
- Applicants must be female and between 18 and 30 years old at the time of registration.
- Applicants must be of African nationality or heritage.
- Applicants must be actively involved in fashion, specifically meeting at least ONE of the following criteria: • A fashion student (enrolled in a fashion/design school) • A fashion graduate • An understudy or apprentice learning fashion under a designer • A working fashion designer (freelance or employed)
- Applicants must provide verifiable information about their fashion background.
- AFROVOGUE reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage.
2. Registration Fee (Non-Refundable)
- The AFROVOGUE registration form requires a mandatory registration fee (amount to be specified by organizers).
- All registration fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of circumstances, including: • Withdrawal by the applicant • Disqualification • Failure to complete or submit all requirements • Failure to participate in auditions or filming
- Proof of payment must be uploaded or presented for successful registration.
3. Submission Requirements
- All required fields on the registration form must be completed accurately.
- Applicants must submit photographs and any required documentation.
- All submissions must be the applicant's original work, identity, and details.
- Any falsification may lead to automatic disqualification.
4. Selection Process
- Submission of this form does not guarantee selection for auditions or participation.
- AFROVOGUE organizers reserve the exclusive right to select candidates based on internal judging criteria.
- The selection decision is final and cannot be challenged.
5. Conduct & Compliance
- Applicants must follow all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by AFROVOGUE.
- Misconduct, disrespect, or any form of inappropriate behavior may lead to disqualification.
- Selected participants must be available for audition dates, workshops, fittings, filming, and main competition events.
6. Media Consent
- By registering, applicants grant AFROVOGUE full rights to: • Record, photograph, or film their participation • Use their images, videos, voice recordings, and creative works for marketing, TV, digital content, or promotional use
- This consent is irrevocable, perpetual, and without compensation.
7. Data Protection
- Personal information collected will be used solely for registration and internal administrative purposes.
- AFROVOGUE will not share personal information with unauthorized parties.
8. Disqualification
AFROVOGUE reserves the right to disqualify an applicant for:
- Providing false information
- Failing to meet eligibility criteria
- Misconduct or non-cooperation
- Breaching competition rules
- Missing compulsory activities
9. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the AFROVOGUE registration form, the applicant confirms that:
- All information provided is authentic
- They meet all eligibility criteria, including involvement in fashion
- They understand and accept that the registration fee is non-refundable
- They voluntarily agree to the AFROVOGUE rules and processes
